GoSoloTXT Terms and Conditions

1. Standard messaging charges apply for GoSoloTXT messages received to your handset.  All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.



2. We cannot be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.



3. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name and the date, time and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.



4. As a member of GoSoloTXT you will receive a maximum of 30 messages per month. GoSoloTXT subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by texting 'STOP' to 73513.  By subscribing, you consent to the terms & conditions outlined.



5. The service is available for the following participating U.S. carriers: Alltel, Appalachian Wireless(EKN), AT&T, Bluegrass, Boost, Cellular One of East Central Illinois(ECIT), Cellular South, Centennial, Cincinnati Bell, Cricket Wireless, General Communications Inc(GCI), Illinois Valley Cellular(IVC), Immix - PC Management, Inland Cellular, Nextel, nTelos, Revol, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile USA and West Central Wireless.



6. The service is available for the following participating Canadian carriers: Sasktel, Bell, Telus, MTS, Fido, Rogers and Virgin.
